The Software & Subscription industry faces multiple challenges as the industry continues to evolve and customer expectations continue to increase. This is even more critical today than in the past. As Software has moved to an ‘as-a-Service’ model’ it is imperative for companies to minimize their nancial vulnerability, protect their customer base, increase customer acquisition/sales, and reduce churn.
