Sutherland Wins Outstanding Catalyst, Autonomy Accelerator Award at TM Forum’s DTW Ignite 2026

Sutherland recognized for advancing Agentic AI in autonomous network operations, alongside leading CSPs and technology partners.

Sutherland, a global AI-driven business transformation company, has won the Outstanding Catalyst, Autonomy Accelerator Award at the TM Forum Innovation Awards during DTW Ignite 2026 in Copenhagen. The award is one of the event’s top honors. It recognizes the Catalyst project that comes closest to Level 4 autonomous networks and zero-touch operations, backed by real operational results.

Sutherland led the winning project, called Agentic NOC, from concept to delivery, building the Agentic AI orchestration layer, cross-domain AI agents, user experience and dashboards, and bringing the full system together with a group of leading operators and technology partners who took part in the Catalyst.

Agentic NOC shows how AI agents can work across a telecom network, spanning network, service, field force, security, and operations, to spot issues, identify root causes, and resolve them automatically. Early results point to reduced alarm noise, lower mean time to repair (MTTR), lower operating costs, improved service reliability, and higher customer satisfaction.
