At Sutherland, we recognize the environmental impact of technology and prioritize minimizing it across our operations—from natural resource consumption to waste generation and business travel. We also empower our clients to meet their sustainability goals through innovative digital and process transformation solutions, helping them reduce both their carbon footprint and operational costs.
Driving Sustainability Through Action
Our commitment to the environment is more than just lip service. We have set out targets to improve our environmental impact by:
- Prioritizing Environmental Awareness. Sutherland emphasizes environmental awareness among employees and partners through education and by creating a culture driven by sustainability practices.
- Sustainability Through Flexibility. Over a decade before Work-from-Home became a global norm during the pandemic, Sutherland had adopted this model, to reduce its environmental footprint by minimizing commute-related emissions and office energy consumption.
- Investment in Sustainable Technology. At Sutherland we enable sustainable growth for ourselves and our clients using IoT-based technologies for energy and water optimization, resource efficiency, and reducing carbon footprint.

Our Targets
Achieve carbon net zero emissions by 2040
Safe disposal of regulated wastes, including e-waste and battery waste
Health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance
