Sutherland Healthcare is excited to announce our participation in the VITAL2018 conference, the annual tradeshow for America’s Essential Hospitals. Sutherland Healthcare’s Chief Executive, Dr. Graham Hughes, will partner with Nio Queiro, Hennepin Healthcare’s Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management, to deliver a presentation titled “Transforming the Revenue Cycle for the Digital Era.”.
The healthcare revenue cycle is now in competition with Google, Amazon, and other technology players in the new, fast-paced digital health era. The status quo is no longer acceptable for the industry and it must embrace new technologies and processes to create compelling experiences. Dr. Hughes and Mrs. Queiro will discuss digital tools and processes that can help attendees transform their operations to best prepare for the digital health era.
“Today’s health providers must embrace new technologies and processes to remain competitive,” said Dr. Hughes. “One of the most effective ways to do that is by deploying digital tools to simplify patient touch points, maximize collections, and streamline the entire revenue cycle. I’m absolutely thrilled to explore such a timely topic and in such good company”.
Mrs. Queiro agreed, adding that “applying digital health tools to streamline and improve the revenue cycle provides value far beyond immediate bottom-line gains. It enhances all aspects of the patient and employee experience. Providing an enhanced experience is a key differentiator in today’s increasingly competitive healthcare space”.
VITAL2018 will take place June 20 to June 22 at the historic Westin St. Francis San Francisco on Union Square, ideally situated at the center of all that San Francisco has to offer. Dr. Hughes and Mrs. Queiro’s presentation is on Friday, June 22 at 8am, located on the second floor in the Elizabethan B room.
