Our wellness strategy is designed to provide confidential support, counseling, and locally relevant wellness resources. We are committed to raising awareness, equipping individuals with the tools they need, and empowering people managers to recognize signs of stress within their teams.
We also tailor our wellness programs to the nature of our work—such as providing specialized support for teams in the trust, safety & content moderation space. This integrated approach ensures that our wellness efforts are not only inclusive and culturally sensitive, but also aligned with our broader engagement goals to foster sustainable success by addressing six key dimensions of wellbeing: physical, emotional, social, intellectual, purpose, and environment.

In-country employee assistance programs provide employees and their families with access to confidential support to overcome stress and traumatic life events.
Content Moderation Wellness Programs
Provide specialist care to employees tailored to their work, including psychological assessments, access to counseling, resilience training, and wellness and engagement resources.
Combining Technology and Human Touch
Built on the pillars of our global Wellness Program, our Wellness at Sutherland platform is a virtual hub providing comprehensive wellness resources, with topics ranging from physical health and stress management to lifestyle challenges, resilience, communication, and work-life balance. It also features a monthly calendar of masterclasses and events, as well as micro-learning sessions such as:

Innovative employee engagement brings our strategy to life, led by a network of Wellness Coaches and Certified Wellness Champions. The Champions are trained to identify signs of stress and burnout, offer guidance (to employees and their managers) and access to resources, and help organize local wellness initiatives.
