Jonathan Raynor brings more than 25 years of hands-on regulatory experience to Clarien, shaping its risk culture with insight gained from both global institutions and Bermuda’s financial sector. Jonathan has decades of experience in credit, compliance, operational risk and financial crime prevention roles across international and Bermuda-based institutions. He previously held senior leadership roles at a global fiduciary and fund administration firm, overseeing compliance across Bermuda, the U.S. and the Caribbean. Earlier in his career, he spent over 20 years at a Bermuda-headquartered bank where he advanced from corporate banking into leadership roles in risk and compliance. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and is an Associate of the Chartered Banker Institute.

Rishi has over 25 years of cross-functional experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. He currently serves as the Global Head of Client Relations at Sutherland and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, he leads the growth strategy for the BFS vertical with full P&L ownership, driving transformation, innovation, and expansion across key global markets. Previously, Rishi served as Global Head of the Insurance Unit, where he managed a portfolio exceeding $200M and led a team of more than 7,000 professionals across five geographies and over 14 global delivery locations. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an executive management credential from Harvard Business School. He also holds multiple industry certifications from LOMA and the Indian Institute of Insurance, and is Six Sigma Green Belt certified by General Electric (GE).

Andrew Davies, global head of regulatory affairs at ComplyAdvantage, is a veteran of the financial crime risk management world. Before joining ComplyAdvantage, he served as vice president of global market strategy at Fiserv. Andrew works with customers worldwide to design and deploy effective risk management solutions to mitigate financial crime risks.
