Agarwal joins Sutherland with over 20 years of broad experience in the financial sector and with deep expertise in helping customers navigate intelligent automation across industries. Most recently, he led Cloud, Infrastructure and Cybersecurity for Larsen and Toubro Infotech. Prior to that, Agarwal headed up Enterprise Services including Intelligent Automation, Strategic Engagements and Solutions -- leading strategic business process service engagements – for Cognizant’s global Digital Operations division.

Vishal brings to Sutherland over 25 years of leadership experience across a gamut of products, services and consulting, including previous roles as Head of Engagements and Strategic Initiatives for Europe at HCL, Senior Vice President and Country Managing Director for UK&I at CAST. Vishal’s extensive industry track record and tech-commercial background aligns with his new role and Sutherland’s standing as a pioneer in the digital transformation arena.
