Connecting Siloed Systems
Our client’s existing business processes were heavily manual and relied on the use of multiple systems for policy admin and claims. These disparate, siloed systems were a myriad of unsynchronized databases that provided inconsistent data to people across the business. It resulted in delayed services and multiple data inaccuracies. The Booking and Claims process required various manual tasks to validate information through multiple systems.
Processes across the business were repetitive and lacked integration. In addition to this, the client invested considerably in RPA technology to improve output, but with a lack of integration and the limitations of standard RPA technology, full productivity and business cases were not achieved.
