The Solution
Sutherland proposed a solution that involved migrating all plants from their legacy ERP systems into a single global Oracle instance. We designed a global harmonized ERP playbook, covering key areas such as project management, procurement, process manufacturing, and core financials. We then created a global blueprint for standardizing business processes and rolled it out in a phased approach across all regions, covering over 20 plants. The end-result was a unified global Oracle instance, enabling streamlined centralized operations and financial tracking across the entire organization.
