Our client is the research, development, and innovation lab of a leading technology company spanning retail, consumer electronics, media and entertainment, healthcare, technology, and logistics. 

With a global footprint and a reputation for innovation, our client’s smart home virtual assistant technology and other solutions and platforms are relied on by millions around the world.

To continue delivering a stand-out customer experience, the company recognized the value of introducing advanced AI capabilities – including conversational AI – into their platforms and services in a way that feels human and natural.

These included prototype testing of new, voice-enabled, smart home devices; ideation and creation of value-driven messaging to drive customer engagement in the UK, US, and Asia; and developing the UI for a video streaming experience.

As a result of the partnership, our client has achieved an improved OOTB (out-of-the-box) experience for enabled streaming devices, reduced reliance on support, and a human-centric experience with a UI that integrates new product offerings without confusing customers.
